- As a Rider, you agree to pay the amounts charged. Charges include Fares and other applicable fees, tolls, surcharges, and taxes. Pricing may vary based on the type of service you request.
- There will be a 20% surcharge applied on any booking happening at non- business hours and statutory Holidays.
- Any booking canceled within 8 hours prior to pick up time will not be issued a refund.
- All booking includes 15 minutes of loading time and 15 minutes of drop off time.
- All bookings that require waiting with the client for an Appointment will automatically include 30 minutes of waiting time minutes. If the Appointment exceed the 30 minutes wait time, Additional charges of .50 cent per minute will be charged.
- If a Driver reports that you have materially damaged the Driver's vehicle, you agree to pay a Damage Fee of up to $250 depending on the extent of the damage (as determined by RNETL in its sole discretion), towards vehicle repair or cleaning.
